We are very pleased to have successfully completed and approved the Astrid Garden residential complex in the attractive location of Prague's Holešovice district in accordance with the planned schedule. Out of a total of 138 elegant apartments in a timeless design, 70 units are currently available for sale, mostly with a layout of 1+kk and 2+kk. The new owners will be moving in this autumn.
Astrid Garden also includes two commercial units. One of them already has an owner, the other unit can be used for example as a GP or dentist's office, offices, bistro or designers' showroom.
The architecture of the apartment complex with BREEAM ecological certification and high quality implementation standard is the work of the world-famous architectural studio Bogle Architects. The sale of apartments is exclusively provided by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton, where it is possible to arrange a tour of a fully equipped model apartment with a layout of 2+kk. "We have prepared a special offer for buyers in the form of a subsidised mortgage with an interest rate of 2.99 % for the purchase of flats of 1+kk and 2+kk, which is currently very interesting for both investors and buyers who will purchase the flats for their own living," says Alice Slámová, marketing and sales director of UBM Development Czechia.
Astrid Garden includes apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with living space from 30 to 107 m², including two duplexes with their own entrance. Most of them have a garden, terrace or balcony, cellar and parking space in a two-storey underground garage. In the apartment building, the owners can use a bike room with a bike wash, a workshop for residents and a common room, a shared office.
The complex of intimate low-rise new buildings set in a quiet courtyard and a reconstructed building from the early 20th century is characterized by lots of greenery. In addition to private gardens and roof terraces, there is a richly planted enclosed courtyard with the option of using and staying in a communal outdoor garden. The apartments in the renovated building have practical room layouts with high ceilings and the possibility of installing built-ins. Units in the buildings facing U Průhonu Street have heat recovery installed, working on a system of heat recovery from the exhaust air, which reduces heating costs.
